About the Role

The Solutions Consulting team at Iterable is a dynamic group of tech-savvy communicators who make a significant impact across the organization. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be working closely with Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect challenges, devise solutions, and strategize how to present that information. This pre-sales role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, making you a thought leader who helps drive the future of the Iterable platform.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect challenges and devise solutions
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  • Generate excitement around the Iterable platform and drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Provide feedback and guidance to prospects on how to unlock the full value of Iterable
  • Tackle a broad range of situations beyond sales presentations, including internal education and technical projects
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Iterable platform and its applications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and marketing automation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role, preferably in the marketing automation or customer engagement space
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer engagement, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with AI-powered customer engagement platforms, preferably Iterable
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Computer Science, or Business Administration

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in marketing automation or customer engagement, such as Iterable's certification program
