About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the value of the Iterable platform
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Design and implement customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the Iterable platform
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform strategic business decisions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work with the sales team to develop and execute strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting or sales role, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and the ability to develop tailored solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and provide insights
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for client meetings and industry events

  • Knowledge of marketing automation, customer data platforms, or other related technologies
  • Certification in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or data analysis
