About the Role

The Solutions Consultant-Northeast role at Airtable is a unique opportunity to leverage your professional tenure, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive revenue growth and empower organizations to transform their business processes. As a senior solutions consultant, you will partner with cross-functional teams to lead technical evaluations, build relationships with decision-makers, and showcase the value of Airtable's no-code app platform. You will be the trusted advisor to prospective customers, guiding them through the evaluation and expansion process.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive revenue opportunities at Enterprise accounts
  • Build meaningful relationships with technical teams and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers
  • Own the technical evaluation process and showcase customer-centric value within the context of the customer's unique requirements
  • Translate the value of Airtable's tooling into the language of the customer
  • Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and communicating with stakeholders
  • Consult with credibility, bringing a well-rounded perspective with hands-on cross-functional experience
  • Inform the product team and product roadmap with meaningful market potential findings
  • Represent Airtable in every engagement with the utmost care
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demos to prospective customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Pre-Sales or a related field
  • 7+ years of industry experience, with a deep understanding of business operations and technical sales
  • Working knowledge of Marketing, Product Operations, Retail Management, and other Business Units
  • Knowledge of business operations and the ability to make assumptions about value drivers for various personas and industries
  • Understanding of best practices for structuring data in a relational database and database architecture
  • Experience managing sales cycles and owning the technical evaluation process
  • Passion for creating unique solutions for complex business problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Technical savvy, with a deep understanding of enterprise integration methodologies and API architecture

Nice to Have

  • Experience with low-code or no-code application development
  • Knowledge of Airtable's platform and ecosystem
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and sales enablement tools
  • Certification in sales or technical consulting
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
