About the Role
The Solutions Engineer role at Fullstory is a hybrid position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaboration skills. As a key member of the customer success team, you will operate as a technical specialist, turning potential into business reality during high-stakes, post-sales moments. Your primary focus will be on partnering with account teams to save at-risk renewals and leading project management for expansion Proof of Concepts to explicitly prove ROI to technical stakeholders.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including account executives, customer success managers, and technical stakeholders. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be essential in developing and presenting technical solutions that meet the needs of Fullstory's customers. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow account usage of new Fullstory features and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

What You Will Do
- Partner with account executives and customer success managers to diagnose account configuration and health
- Identify opportunities to grow account usage of new Fullstory features and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Complete technical RFP and InfoSec questionnaires to facilitate smooth customer renewals
- Conduct technical enablement sessions to up-level the customer success team
- Develop and present technical solutions that meet the needs of Fullstory's customers
- Lead project management for expansion Proof of Concepts to explicitly prove ROI to technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Analyze customer data and develop insights to inform technical solutions and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders and customers
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, or technical account management
- A baseline understanding of web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, JS, and APIs
- Proven ability to manage projects that involve multiple stakeholders and technical complexity
- Strong technical storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to command a room and navigate demos toward executive value-drivers
- Experience with AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage them to enhance work quality and accelerate timelines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process, with the ability to develop and present technical solutions that drive revenue growth
