What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary technology contact for assigned business functions, providing expertise and guidance on solution design and implementation.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
- Evaluate available options within the company's technology ecosystem and recommend the most appropriate approach, considering factors such as cost, scalability, and maintainability.
- Prepare solution proposals and review them with the CTO for validation, prioritization, or architectural guidance when needed.
- Configure, build, test, and deploy solutions within supported enterprise applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with other Solution Engineers to ensure consistency across business processes and systems, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Software Development Team when requirements exceed the capabilities of enterprise platforms and require custom software development, working together to design and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the processes, workflows, and objectives of the teams you support, using this knowledge to inform solution design and implementation.
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring that solutions meet their needs and expectations.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including hands-on configuration, workflows, and automation.
- 2+ years of experience in a Solution Engineer, Business Systems, Solution Architect, or similar business-facing technology role.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to implementing system changes, following established processes and best practices.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are strongly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, or other enterprise business applications is a plus, as is experience with AI-driven systems, automation tools, and data solutions.

- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.
