About the Role

The Ads Solutions team is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge advertising solutions that drive meaningful revenue growth and long-term success for Openai's clients. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to advertisers, as well as identifying and addressing technical blockers that may impact revenue growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of advertisers, from small businesses to large enterprises, and help them achieve their marketing goals through the use of Openai's advertising platform. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from developing new advertising products to optimizing existing ones, and to collaborate with other teams to drive innovation and growth.

What You Will Do

• Partner with advertisers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to advertisers on the use of Openai's advertising platform
• Identify and address technical blockers that may impact revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure the successful launch and scaling of Openai's advertising platform
• Develop and implement cutting-edge advertising solutions that drive meaningful revenue growth and long-term success for Openai's clients
• Work with advertisers to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet their business goals
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with advertisers to understand their data flows, martech stack, measurement requirements, and activation goals
• Design and recommend implementation approaches for pixels, APIs, server-to-server integrations, identity solutions, offline conversions, and measurement frameworks
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to implementation, signal quality, delivery, and measurement performance
• Build compelling demos, proofs of concept, and technical narratives that demonstrate the value of Openai's ads solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to escalate issues, advocate for customer needs, and influence roadmap priorities

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, adtech, martech, or a related client-facing technical role
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising measurement, pixels, conversion APIs, mobile measurement, identity solutions, or CRM/data integrations
• Understanding of advertiser ecosystems, including tag managers, CDPs, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and data warehouses
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders
• Experience writing SQL, using APIs, debugging implementation issues, or working with structured datasets
• Strong ownership, bias for action, and customer empathy
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and help build processes from scratch
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
