What You Will Do

• Design and implement customized solutions for clients, leveraging Geotab's IoT and connected transportation technology.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance fleet operations, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Conduct thorough analyses of customer data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solutions and project implementations.
• Provide training and support to customers on the use and optimization of Geotab's products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in IoT and connected transportation.
• Participate in the development of new products and services, providing feedback and insights from a customer perspective.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in a solutions engineering or similar role, preferably in the IoT and connected transportation sector.
• Strong understanding of IoT technologies, data analytics, and software development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
