## About the Role The Sourcing Manager, Soft Home, will play a critical role in building and leading Quince's Softline function in North America. This strategic and entrepreneurial professional will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new vendor partners, focusing on utility bedding, rugs, mattress, and window categories. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of category manufacturing, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to cultivate new partnerships. As a key member of the Quince team, the Sourcing Manager will drive excellence in partner operations, ensuring high-quality products, fast production lead times, and cost-effective solutions. This role will also involve managing capacity at the supplier and style level to keep pace with company growth and scale. The Sourcing Manager will act as an ambassador to Quince's partners, building and deepening relationships through continuous improvement.
