About the Role
As a Spanish Interpreter at Kreato Global, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients. Your expertise in medical terminology and excellent communication skills will enable you to provide accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video. You will be working in a blended environment, utilizing Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services.The role of a Spanish Interpreter is crucial in ensuring that patients receive effective care and understanding from healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include interpreting medical, social services, customer service, and financial calls. What You Will Do
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video between English and Spanish
- Interpret medical, social services, customer service, and financial calls
- Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care

What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field
