The Special Projects Lead role at Tremendous is a unique opportunity to drive key initiatives and own high-impact projects. What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience, from offer accept through 90 days
- Redesign onboarding to ensure every new hire ramps faster and knows what it takes to succeed at Tremendous from day one
- Develop a training plan for new and existing managers, covering hiring, performance management, feedback, and career development
- Build the systems and content that scale as the company hires
- Partner with the exec team to raise the management bar across the company
- Own the recurring internal communications that keep the company informed
- Support the exec team on their presentations by developing slides and narrative
- Establish the standard for great Tremendous communications
- Take on strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and special asks from the executive team
- Collaborate with the team to drive key initiatives and achieve company goals
- Analyze and solve complex problems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or a similar high-ownership role at a fast-growing company
- A builder mindset, with the ability to create structure where none exists
- An AI-first approach, with a preference for using AI as the first tool in problem-solving
- Strong design sensibility, with the ability to create great decks and documents
- High ownership, with a willingness to take responsibility for outcomes
- Exceptional written communication, with the ability to document and communicate complex ideas
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience with payout platforms or fintech companies
- Knowledge of payment systems and regulations
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
- Certification in project management or a related field
