The role's scope is broad and will evolve according to the needs of the Principal, encompassing a wide range of areas such as startup incubation, acquisitions, AI initiatives, and philanthropic work.Day-to-day, this role involves collaborating closely with the founder to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems, often with limited definition or structure. Success is measured by the ability to deliver clear decisions and outcomes, turning ideas into actionable plans and seeing them through to completion. The work environment is dynamic, with priorities changing rapidly, requiring the ability to adapt and pivot with agility.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with the founder to deliver structured action on high-stakes problems
- Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, driving outcomes and results
- Collaborate across multiple domains, including but not limited to startup incubation, acquisitions, AI initiatives, and philanthropic work
- Develop and implement solutions to complex, undefined problems
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various projects
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making
- Design and implement project plans, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines
- Operate with full discretion, handling sensitive and confidential information
- Move fluidly between changing priorities, adapting to new challenges and opportunities
