About the Role
The Sales Enablement team at DoorDash plays a vital role in driving productivity across sales and go-to-market teams. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting regional field enablement efforts for the In-Store line of business. Your primary focus will be on delivering training that drives performance and consistency across the customer journey. You will act as a bridge between central strategy and frontline teams, partnering closely with senior enablement managers and Pre/Post Sales leaders.The Sales Enablement team is embedded within the In-Store Strategy & Operations organization, which means you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations. Your role will be critical in building and executing programs that improve performance and support overall business growth.
You will report into a Senior Sales Enablement Manager and will be responsible for delivering training across product, positioning, and processes. Your focus will be on improving ramp time, win rates, retention, and expansion performance across the region.
What You Will Do
- Deliver training and development programs to sales and post-sales teams to drive performance and consistency
- Create and maintain feedback loops to continuously improve programs and identify areas for growth
- Partner with senior enablement managers and Pre/Post Sales leaders to develop and execute regional enablement plans
- Develop and maintain training content, including product knowledge, sales strategies, and process adherence
- Conduct new hire onboarding, product education, call reviews, and workshops to drive best practice adoption
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and provide insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership and field teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or a related go-to-market support function
- Experience working with sales systems, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Outreach, or related tools
- Ability to translate playbooks and processes into engaging and impactful learning experiences
- Experience supporting sales or post-sales teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, especially in explaining systems, processes, or technical concepts
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Sales Ops, and RevOps teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as SPIN selling or Solution Selling
- Experience with training and development programs, including design and delivery
- Certification in sales enablement or a related field, such as CSSE or CSE
