About the Role

The Speciality Client Partner - Healthcare Payer/Provider role at NTT DATA is a strategic position designed to drive growth and transformation within the healthcare industry. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term partnerships with healthcare payer and provider executives, guiding them through complex data-driven challenges, and unlocking the value of their data. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships. Your expertise in data analytics, AI-led innovation, and technical program management will be essential in driving growth and transformation within the healthcare payer and provider segment.

What You Will Do

  • Establish and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with healthcare payer and provider executives
  • Develop and execute account and business plans to achieve growth targets and expand client relationships
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client engagements and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of $5M+ and oversee revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall account performance
  • Lead the deal-shaping process and deliver compelling presentations and value propositions to executive stakeholders
  • Engage and influence C-suite and senior leadership to strengthen relationships and expand NTT DATA's footprint
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and foster the development of future leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience within the professional services industry
  • 15+ years of proven success in account or client management roles
  • 8+ years of experience in P&L management, financial oversight, and deal structuring
  • 8+ years of experience leading and developing delivery teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong background in technical program management within enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of client and employee satisfaction
  • Expertise in developing and executing account strategies
  • Experience across diverse environments, including Big 4 consulting and/or high-growth startup settings
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, mentorship, and talent development
