About the Role
Abby Care is seeking a Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator to support our growing People Team. The role focuses on delivering a world-class candidate and employee experience by supporting recruiting coordination and key HR processes.Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones while ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support the hiring process
- Help with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate data across our systems
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
