## About the Role Axia Women's Health is seeking a highly skilled Specialty Application Analyst to join their team, focusing on providing exceptional technology support to their care centers and staff. ## What You Will Do - Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues - Monitor and oversee the performance of laboratory information systems, clinical imaging systems, and other ancillary applications - Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications for system integration and implementation - Collaborate with the IT team and business partners to identify areas for improvement and execute projects - Manage the integration of systems, including Corepoint and other interface engines - Perform in-depth testing for new software updates and projects, maintaining and developing testing scripts - Travel up to 20% for meetings, training, and project implementation - Maintain all required regulatory documentation in an inspection-ready manner - Develop and implement training programs for end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and applications - Participate in project planning, execution, and evaluation, providing technical expertise and guidance
## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare, computer science, or information technology - 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on application analysis and system integration - Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HL7, API, SFTP interfaces, and SQL - Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills - Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment - Strong written and verbal communication, as well as oral presentation skills - Experience with clinical imaging information systems, laboratory information systems, and other healthcare applications - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks, Artisan, Corepoint, and other relevant software
## Nice to Have - Experience with Orchard products and Studycast - Knowledge of DICOM and other healthcare-specific protocols - Certification in healthcare IT or a related field - Experience with interface engines and SQL - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
