Job Description

About the Role

As a remote Speech Language Pathologist at HelloHero, you will play a crucial role in delivering virtual speech-language services to students across K-12 school settings. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with school teams and families to support students' progress and development. You will work during standard school hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with structured caseloads and scheduling support.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver speech-language services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and implement interventions to support student progress
  • Develop goals and track student progress, ensuring meaningful outcomes
  • Complete documentation and progress reports, maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration, communicating effectively with school staff, families, and stakeholders
  • Utilize technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems
  • Collaborate with school teams to ensure seamless integration of services
  • Communicate with families and stakeholders, providing regular updates on student progress

What We Are Looking For

  • Active Arizona license (CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Arizona Department of Education (DOE) licensure
  • Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)
  • Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems
  • Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and tools
  • Certification in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with assessment tools and resources
