About the Role

The SpendHound Partner Manager role is a unique opportunity to drive growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, focusing on outsourced finance partnerships. As the central point of contact for YipitData's finance partner ecosystem, you will play a critical role in building and managing relationships that drive consistent partner-sourced opportunities. This role is integral to scaling the Outsourced Finance partner motion, and you will be responsible for defining the playbook to achieve this goal.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for an initial portfolio of outsourced finance partner companies
  • Build strong communication channels with partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives, and performance expectations
  • Help grow the channel through targeted business development via referrals and cold outreach
  • Own customer targets tied to partner-sourced opportunities, including forecasting, pipeline tracking, and achievement of monthly/annual goals
  • Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual value and accelerate customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and close deals
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide data-driven insights to improve the partner ecosystem
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership management

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the finance and technology industries
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
