Spiritual Practitioner

About the Role

The role requires a deep understanding of trauma-aware facilitation, emotional intelligence, and the ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for clients. You will be working with clients individually and in groups, facilitating meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and healing circle-style experiences. Your ability to adapt to evolving internal processes and service offerings will be essential in this role.

As a contractor, you will be expected to maintain your own liability insurance and provide certification documentation. You will also have access to structured internal training and enablement on GRAV1TY systems, documentation standards, and communication protocols.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate individual and group spiritual sessions, including meditation, breathwork, Reiki, grounding, somatic awareness, energy healing, and healing circles
• Deliver GRAV1TY's established offerings and collaborate on refining or expanding services
• Provide trauma-aware, ethically grounded, emotionally safe experiences for clients
• Offer client education and aftercare tools, such as grounding exercises, journaling prompts, or breathwork practices
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions to maintain professional growth and stay updated on best practices
• Communicate consistently with leadership and team members to ensure seamless collaboration
• Contribute to the development of workshops, events, and spiritual services that align with GRAV1TY's mission
• Maintain confidentiality and follow professional boundaries in all interactions with clients and team members
• Communicate with clients via email for updates, follow-ups, scheduling, and event information
• Complete required documentation and session notes to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Promote GRAV1TY offerings through an established professional social media presence to support community growth
• Represent GRAV1TY in a professional, inclusive manner in all community interactions and events

What We Are Looking For

• Certification or formal training in spiritual modalities, such as Reiki, meditation, breathwork, or somatic practice
• Experience facilitating spiritual or energetic sessions, with a minimum of 1 year preferred
• Active professional social media presence related to spiritual or wellness practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for clients
• Trauma-aware facilitation and emotional intelligence, with a deep understanding of holistic wellness and somatic work
• Experience leading individual and group sessions, with the ability to adapt to evolving internal processes and service offerings
• Proficiency with virtual facilitation tools, such as Zoom, and scheduling platforms
• Ability to work within GRAV1TY's inclusive, non-denominational framework and maintain professional boundaries
• Experience in wellness, spiritual, or integrative health environments, with a strong understanding of nervous-system-informed practices

• Experience hosting workshops or community-based events, with a strong ability to promote GRAV1TY offerings through social media
• Understanding of holistic wellness, somatic work, or nervous-system-informed practices, with a deep commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote-work tools, with the ability to maintain reliable internet, webcam, and a quiet, professional space for sessions
