About the Role
The Sr. Agentic AI Sales Executive role at Rimini Street is a highly entrepreneurial and strategic position that requires a deep understanding of AI-driven ERP transformation. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across the company's AI-powered enterprise solutions. This role is a pure hunter position, focused on selling Agentic AI ERP solutions, ERP modernization, and advanced services to large organizations.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to Fortune 100, Fortune 500, and midmarket organizations. You will be expected to engage C-suite executives, challenge legacy thinking, and proactively drive new opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting.

What You Will Do
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas through a deep understanding of the customer's business requirements and technical needs
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, including CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and ERP/IT leaders
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expansion across the company's AI-powered enterprise solutions
- Partner with Solution Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Partners to ensure AI Experience solutions align with overall account strategy and long-term customer roadmaps
- Design end-to-end architectures with performance, integration, and extensibility in mind, giving customers a clear roadmap from vision to reality
- Focus on high-impact builds that prove the solution works in the customer's context and accelerates their confidence to move forward
- Translate customer requirements into a comprehensive solution that serves as the bridge between sales and implementation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations in AI-driven ERP transformation
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to large organizations
- Proven ability to engage C-suite executives and drive new opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting
- Deep technical mastery in AI's core capabilities and the ability to transform clients' business requirements into design AI Experience solutions
- Experience selling third-party ERP applications, integrations, and modernization services
- Strong understanding of the ERP market, including trends, technologies, and innovations
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Agentic AI ERP solutions and advanced services, including AI project teams and Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs)
- Knowledge of the company's competitors and their strengths and weaknesses
- Familiarity with the company's products and services, including Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services
- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
