About the Role

The Sr. Analyst, Growth position at Evolent is a critical role that supports the company's growth marketing and strategy efforts. As a key member of the growth team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing product marketing collateral, and identifying new business opportunities. What You Will Do

  • Develop product marketing collateral, sales pitch decks, and other related materials to support the growth process
  • Assist with the new logo sales journey to support pipeline progression and tracking
  • Define and manage client touchpoints along the sales journey, including background research, collateral development, and project management
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and support competitive positioning
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, ideas, and potential new customers
  • Create streamlined external communication of our solutions to improve client understanding of capabilities and our unique value proposition
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact business development efforts
  • Support the development and execution of the company's overall growth strategy
  • Conduct strategic analyses to prioritize attractive organic and inorganic revenue opportunities
  • Drive research, development, and support the launch of new product or partnership opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of business development or consulting experience in the healthcare industry
  • Growth/product marketing experience, including collateral development, talk track development, and competitive positioning
  • Growth strategy experience, including assessing new business lines and entrepreneurial experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity
  • Analytic rigor and keen eye for accuracy
  • Resourcefulness and ability to procure detailed data and information
  • Independent problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify problems, pose solutions, and think through creative workarounds
  • Proven time-management skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior experience working in a health plan or health system environment
