Sr. BIM Specialist

## About the Role As a Senior BIM Specialist at TEECOM, you will play a critical role in managing the company's BIM workflows and Revit models. Your expertise in coordinated modeling, documentation, and construction projects will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of TEECOM's deliverables. You will work closely with the project teams to lead the modeling workflow, manage model structure and health, and resolve production issues independently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the AEC industry, with at least 4 years of experience in BIM coordination and Revit. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining coordinated Revit models, producing accurate documentation with minimal oversight, and supporting engineers and project teams. Your excellent organizational and communication skills will enable you to manage BIM workflows across several projects and lead coordination-focused production tasks.

## What You Will Do - Lead the modeling workflow and manage model structure and health - Ensure the accuracy and quality of TEECOM's deliverables - Manage and maintain coordinated Revit models - Produce accurate documentation with minimal oversight - Resolve production issues independently - Support engineers and project teams - Manage BIM workflows across several projects - Lead coordination-focused production tasks - Collaborate with the project teams to achieve project goals - Develop and implement best practices for BIM coordination and Revit modeling

## What We Are Looking For - At least 4 years of experience in the AEC industry - Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination - Experience with coordinated modeling, documentation, and construction projects - Advanced organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage and maintain coordinated Revit models - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub - Strong understanding of construction documentation and BIM execution

## Nice to Have - Experience with other BIM software and tools - Knowledge of programming languages and scripting - Experience with data management and analysis - Certification in Revit or BIM coordination - Experience working in a remote team environment
