About the Role

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst position at CrowdStrike is a critical component of the company's Professional Services team, focusing on aligning technology solutions with business needs. This role involves working closely with business partners to design, manage, and improve FinancialForce and Salesforce systems, ensuring adherence to the company's SOX controls. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the business and the ability to implement business applications, influence feature design, and define the scope of technical projects.

The role is part of the GTM Applications team, where collaboration and innovation are key. The team's mission is to implement and optimize systems and applications that make it easier to do business at CrowdStrike, supporting the company's rapid growth and expansion into new markets.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap and execute Salesforce.com and Professional Services Automation (PSA) / FinancialForce projects and enhancements.
  • Provide analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management skills to collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions.
  • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including SOX reporting, process definition, requirements gathering, and backlog management.
  • Create and maintain project, application, and architectural design, and process documents.
  • Drive adoption and alignment across the company's business processes and systems.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of data across the company.
  • Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Facilitate SDLC and SOX reporting processes.
  • Implement business applications and influence the design of features that enable Professional Services Sales, Consultant, and Operational teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company.
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce and FinancialForce (or related) experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting information to senior leadership.
  • Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) and FinancialForce/Certinia certifications preferred.
  • Experience with PSA concepts, including resource management, project billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end-user experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-volume data processing.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Certification in IT service management (ITIL).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
