About the Role

CrowdStrike's Ethics & Legal Compliance (ELC) team is seeking a Sr. Channel Integrity Program Manager to design and lead the Channel Integrity Program. You will help move from reactive risk management to anticipatory oversight by developing predictive frameworks to protect the partner ecosystem against bribery, corruption, fraud, and trade-related risks.

Responsibilities

  • Architect next-generation channel monitoring and engagement strategy.
  • Integrate predictive analytics with direct field engagement.
  • Identify and assess channel risks using data analytics.
  • Collaborate with data teams to implement AI-driven models for detecting risks.
  • Monitor third parties and partners to identify elevated channel risks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ABAC, fraud detection, and trade compliance principles.
