About the Role
The Sr. Clinical Project Manager or Clinical Project Manager II role is a critical position that requires a unique blend of project management expertise, general medicine knowledge, and leadership skills. As a key member of the FSO team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing global projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical operations, to develop and implement project strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical project management, with a focus on general medicine and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring that all projects are conducted in accordance with ICH Guidelines and GCP.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical operations, to develop and implement project strategies
- Lead high-performing teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that team members are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure that all projects are conducted in accordance with ICH Guidelines and GCP
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes
What We Are Looking For
- University/college degree in life sciences or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical project management experience in a CRO or pharma
- Strong general medicine experience
- Experience in project management of the end-to-end clinical trial lifecycle
- Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as FDA and EMA guidelines
