Job Description

## About the Role As a Senior Contract Specialist - Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing service contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and customers. Your expertise in contract management will be crucial in ensuring seamless customer engagement and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Inside Sales, Procurement, and Finance, to provide exceptional support and guidance on service contract-related matters.

The role requires a deep understanding of service contract management, including contract consolidation, quoting renewals, and reporting. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including WWT account teams and OEM account teams, as well as external customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

## What You Will Do - Manage service contracts, including contract consolidation and cleanup, quoting renewals, and quoting new attach services required for true-ups - Build and maintain strong working relationships with WWT account teams, OEM account teams, internal operations, and OEM operations teams - Assist the WWT business units with identifying and quoting OEM service contract renewals - Maintain expertise in baseline processes pertaining to quoting and service contract management - Provide reporting and analytics support to internal stakeholders - Utilize Excel to create and manage reports, trackers, and other tools to support service contract management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service contract-related issues - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service contract management efficiency - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on service contract management best practices - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in service contract management

## What We Are Looking For - 2-4 years of experience in technology vendor relationship development or a related field - Demonstrated experience in business process management, preferably in a contract management or sales operations role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Passion for learning and continued education regarding OEM service offerings and policies

## Nice to Have - Experience in a related industry, such as IT or software sales - Knowledge of CRM systems and sales operations tools - Certification in contract management or a related field - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
