The Sr. Creator Marketing Manager position at Impact is a pivotal role that will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs, connecting creators, brands, and partners to drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the center of Impact's performance marketing solutions, shaping how the company brings its vision of the Partnership Economy to life.As a key member of the marketing team, the Sr. Creator Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of scalable programs, translating insights and trends into campaigns that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the creator economy, affiliate marketing, and the convergence of these two spaces.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end development of strategic B2B and supply-side creator marketing programs, from concept through launch and optimization
- Build integrated, cross-channel campaigns spanning content, lifecycle, paid, events, and partnerships
- Align initiatives to core business priorities, including pipeline generation, product adoption, and customer growth
- Shape and articulate a compelling narrative around the convergence of creator and affiliate marketing that resonates with performance marketers
- Partner with internal experts to bring forward data-backed insights and industry trends
- Deliver high-impact campaigns, reports, and activations that position Impact as a leader in the creator economy
- Act as the central driver across Product Marketing, Sales, Content, Strategic Marketing, RevOps, and Communications to align messaging, timelines, and execution
- Translate strategy into cohesive go-to-market activations across teams
- Ensure programs are amplified across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Identify opportunities to extend impact through research, storytelling, PR, and sales enablement
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a creator marketing or affiliate marketing role
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and affiliate marketing spaces
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs
- Experience with GTM strategy and execution
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Salesforce and Excel
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of the marketing industry and current trends

- Experience working with influencers or content creators
- Knowledge of the commerce partnership marketing space
- Familiarity with Impact's products and services
