## About the Role As a Sr. Designer, Multidisciplinary at GMR Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting innovative, multi-sensory experiences that capture attention and leave a lasting impression. You will work closely with a team of creative professionals, including Creative Directors, Art Directors, and technical experts, to bring ideas to life across various channels and platforms. ## What You Will Do - Develop and execute multi-sensory design concepts that capture attention and drive engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Directors, Art Directors, and technical experts - Create digital art, motion graphics, 3D, and experiential design solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity - Present and pitch design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients - Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the brand and its target audience - Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless execution of design concepts - Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to junior designers - Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Strong understanding of 3D design principles and experience with tools like Cinema 4D - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and technical skills - Experience with interactive experiences, motion, social, digital signage, and in-stadium LEDs - Strong understanding of typography and layout principles - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

## Nice to Have - Experience working in an agency environment - Knowledge of Microsoft Products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Teams - Experience with game design or development - Certification in design or a related field - Experience with virtual or augmented reality design
