About the Role
As a Senior Director of Inbound Product Management at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's cloud infrastructure to the next level of scale, performance, and reliability through innovation and automation. This strategic position requires a leader who can not only envision the future of cloud infrastructure but also has the expertise to make it a reality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading a team of product managers in ideating, defining, designing, and developing the next generation of cloud infra platform and automation.The role is highly collaborative, working closely with various internal departments, understanding their business needs, and delivering highly reliable and easy-to-use solutions that enhance business efficiency. What You Will Do
- Lead the development of the next generation of cloud infra platform and automation
- Hire and manage a team of product managers to achieve common goals
- Define the architecture and ensure the quality of the product
- Collaborate with architects and engineering directors to design reliable, secure, and scalable solutions
- Develop and manage product roadmaps to deliver innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution and delivery
- Manage dependencies and plans across different teams
- Take a data-driven approach to defining success metrics and prioritizing requirements
- Communicate plans, progress, and success across the organization
- Establish a compelling vision for the ServiceNow Cloud and provide thought leadership
- Drive the integration of AI into work processes and decision-making
What We Are Looking For
- 10-15 years of experience in product management, engineering, or relevant industry experience in high tech or strategic consulting firms
- Strong technical ability and excellent project management skills
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- Ability to establish a compelling vision for the ServiceNow Cloud and provide thought leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon, OpenStack, or Azure
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Platform
- Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment environments
- Knowledge of developing scalable and distributed systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with Java, C++, C#, or scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Perl
- Background in managing resources, staffing, mentoring, and leading a best-of-class engineering team
- Experience in driving product roadmap to deliver innovation collaborating closely with different product lines
