About the Role
Reddit is seeking a Sr. Director of Design to lead the core experience architecture of our platform. You will define a cohesive strategy across the Reddit consumer experience and serve as a key pillar of the Reddit UX organization.Responsibilities
- Create and drive end-to-end UX strategy that aligns with Reddit’s brand identity and mission.
- Lead and manage a large, high-performing team of designers, including sr managers.
- Drive org-wide initiatives with significant product enhancements for users and Reddit, partnering deeply with Engineering, Product, and Research.
- Own the quality of the user experience and the efficiency of the design organization.
