About the Role

The Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Programs and Intelligence is a key leadership position at Common Securitization Solutions, responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, finance, and HR, to identify and mitigate potential risks. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Risk Officer and serve as a key member of the Risk Leadership Team.

As a senior director of enterprise risk, you will be responsible for advancing the company's risk management capabilities through the development of risk indicators, analytics, and scenario analysis. You will also oversee key risk programs, including third-party risk management, people risk, and financial risk monitoring. Your expertise will inform executive decision-making and ensure that the company's risk appetite is aligned with its strategic objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain the company's risk taxonomy and risk appetite
  • Establish and maintain processes for risk appetite monitoring and escalation
  • Lead the development and monitoring of key risk indicators, key control indicators, and key performance indicators
  • Conduct scenario analysis exercises to assess potential risk events and emerging risk exposures
  • Translate complex risk data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board
  • Own the development and execution of enterprise risk reporting, dashboard, and analytic capabilities
  • Define reporting standards, data requirements, and visualization strategies
  • Integrate outputs across risk programs to create a cohesive enterprise risk view
  • Identify risk interdependencies, concentrations, and systemic exposures
  • Produce enterprise-level views that support decision-making and prioritization
  • Oversee the Third and Fourth Party Risk Management program

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial sector
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, including risk appetite, risk indicators, and scenario analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with risk management systems and tools
  • Certification in risk management, such as CRMA or FRM
