The Sr Director of Partnerships at Later is a pivotal role that combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading revenue-driving relationships with mid-market and enterprise brands and agencies. Your expertise in influencer marketing, creator commerce, and social media will be crucial in driving business growth and expanding Later's presence in the market.The role entails developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to acquire new accounts, while also expanding and strengthening existing partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver a seamless and high-value client experience. Your ability to position Later as a trusted, data-driven partner at the executive level will be essential in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

What You Will Do
- Own and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire new mid-market and enterprise accounts, while significantly growing wallet share within existing clients.
- Position Later as a trusted, data-driven partner at the executive level across influencer marketing, creator commerce, and social media.
- Leverage market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to influence go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product direction.
- Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities that accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
- Independently identify, prospect, and qualify high-value brands and agencies, with a focus on complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Lead senior-level consultative discovery conversations, shaping client vision and aligning Later's solutions to strategic business objectives.
- Deliver high-impact platform demos and executive-level proposals that showcase Later's AI- and data-powered differentiation.
- Own complex negotiations, contract structuring, and deal strategy to successfully close and expand enterprise partnerships.
- Maintain a rigorous and accurate sales pipeline, demonstrating strong forecasting discipline and operational leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in partnership development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on influencer marketing, creator commerce, or social media.
- Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-driving relationships with mid-market and enterprise brands and agencies.
