What You Will Do

Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Create data visualizations and reports using Excel to inform business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement business intelligence solutions
Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence initiatives
Identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
Develop and implement data quality and integrity processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
Strong expertise in Excel, with experience in data visualization and report development
Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on revenue cycle management
Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity

Experience working with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R

Certification in business intelligence or data analytics, such as Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA)
