About the Role
CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Engineer II to join their Resilience team. The company partners with teams across the organization to build resilience into every system and process from the ground up, preventing incidents through observability and operational excellence, and responding with speed and precision when disruption occurs.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across the company on strategic resilience initiatives
- Consult on architectural practices and design patterns
- Own the full lifecycle of resilience projects, from design through implementation and operations
- Provide guidance and support to teams in continually raising the bar for resilience across products
- Mentor other developers and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks
- Proven experience in designing critical systems that operate in a 24x7 multi-region environment
- Strong action-oriented mindset and demonstrated ability to partner and drive consensus among stakeholder groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
