Job Description

About the Role

Sanctuary Computer is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to contribute to our IoT teams and drive the development of innovative products. As a firmware engineer, you will own your work completely, from assessing the state of firmware in hardware bring-up to making architectural decisions under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Own firmware architecture decisions across one or more active product platforms
  • Bring up new hardware revisions and integrate peripheral drivers with minimal ramp time
  • Monitor deployed firmware in the field, triage issues, and ship fixes with urgency and discipline
  • Design and implement wireless connectivity flows, including pairing, OTA, reconnect logic, and fleet health

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned firmware engineer with a proven track record of shipping real products and working with embedded initiatives, from connectivity and OTA infrastructure to display integration and sensor pipelines.
