About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Great Minds, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's brand identity and marketing materials. You will be responsible for leading the design and production of marketing collateral, trade show experiences, and internal brand moments. With a focus on multi-channel design, you will work closely with the Design Manager and other teams to ensure a cohesive and unified brand presence across all channels.The Marketing Creative team is a collaborative and dynamic environment, and as a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be expected to bring your expertise and creative vision to the table. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, and will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations
- Develop trade show, event, and collateral designs that deliver cohesive, on-brand experiences
- Create brand identity assets, including logos, iconography, and visual systems
- Partner with content, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices, and bring forward ideas that strengthen the company's design work
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio that showcases your design expertise
- Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop and implement design strategies
- Provide design support for internal teams, including sales and marketing
- Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to junior designers
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of graphic design experience focused on marketing, branding, and corporate communications
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create polished, custom presentations quickly
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across brand, print, digital, and marketing materials
- Experience creating trade show and event materials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
Nice to Have
- Experience with design trends and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Experience working in an ed-tech or education-related field
