About the Role

TNT Growth is seeking a Senior Growth Manager with experience in the rehab industry to lead our performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and results for multiple rehab clients, focusing on Paid Search and potential expansion into other platforms
  • Partner with clients' admissions teams to optimize lead-to-admit performance
  • Launch, optimize, and iterate campaigns based on performance data
  • Lead full-funnel strategies to drive patient acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine ad creatives and landing page experiences
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for 10-15 clients, providing timely updates and strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • Strong background in digital marketing, particularly in rehab or healthcare-related industries
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Salesforce, and Adjust
  • Understanding of industry regulations, including HIPAA, ADA, and LegitScript certifications
