About the Role
The Sr. GSI Global Solution Architect position at Rubrik is a unique opportunity to work with leading Global Systems Integrators and develop innovative data management solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The role requires a strong technical background, with expertise in storage, virtualization, and cloud management.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the cloud data management market and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and expansion.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
- Provide technical leadership and direction to partners and internal staff in the development of fully integrated technology solutions
- Act as a trusted technology advisor and deliver technical and sales presentations to partners' technical staff and senior management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cloud data management market and industry trends
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement account plans and strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 7-8+ years of sales engineering experience, preferably in a software or data center environment
- Strong technical background, with expertise in storage, virtualization, and cloud management
- Experience working with Global Systems Integrators and developing strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Strong business acumen and experience working with CxO level personnel
- Ability to demonstrate Rubrik's RIVET values and lead as part of a united management team
Nice to Have
- Experience with SD-WAN and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
- Knowledge of cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience with data analytics and machine learning
- Certification in cloud data management or a related field
