About the Role
The Sr. iOS Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative mobile applications for Photon Interactive UK Limited's clients. As a seasoned developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine to build high-quality, user-friendly apps. You will be working closely with a team of developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, developing and testing mobile applications, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and applying this knowledge to continuously improve the company's mobile offerings.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and test mobile applications, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly experiences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development
- Apply knowledge to continuously improve the company's mobile offerings
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is properly tested and validated
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with mobile applications
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve defects
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience with Swift and SwiftUI
- 5+ years of experience with mobile application development
- 2+ years of experience with Combine framework
- Solid understanding of design patterns and UI/Unit testing
- Experience with Github and version control
- Experience with Xcode Instruments and debugging tools
- Experience with Crashlytics and other analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Objective-C and ability to read and understand Objective-C code
- Experience with dependency managers such as Swift Package Manager and Cocoapods
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools
- Experience with Launch Darkly and other feature flagging tools
- Experience with SonarQube and other code quality tools
- Experience with Checkmarx and other security tools
