About the Role
The Sr. Manager of Equity Administration at Sunrun will oversee comprehensive equity programs and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and robust employee services as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute employee long-term incentive plans, including Stock Options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP.
- Administer compliance with equity plan documents, award agreements, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Section 16 filings).
- Oversee the equity platform, currently utilizing Charles Schwab, ensuring all equity transactions are accurate and reconciled.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for employees and executives regarding equity inquiries.
Requirements
- Expertise in equity compensation processes and systems is essential.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in equity administration.

- Previous experience in managing a small team is preferred.
