About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing Operations role is a critical component of Hinge Health's marketing team, responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of strategic marketing operations. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing operations strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven marketing strategies
- Manage and analyze large datasets to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
- Lead and manage a team of marketing operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track marketing performance and ROI
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to drive marketing innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support marketing efforts and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain documentation of marketing processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on growth marketing and digital marketing
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth through marketing operations
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
- Experience in managing remote teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology, including marketing automation and CRM systems
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
