About the Role

The Sr Manager, GTM Operations - Autodesk Education is a critical role that will help scale and optimize the company's global Education business. This position requires a strategic and execution-oriented individual who can drive operational excellence across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or business operations, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

As a key member of the Education team, the Sr Manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams. This role will drive scalable growth, improve efficiency, and enable high-performing go-to-market programs worldwide. The Sr Manager will be responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and customer experience.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing GTM Operations team supporting the Education business globally
  • Drive operational excellence across critical business functions, including new product introductions, customer verification, and sales enablement
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and customer experience
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align systems, tools, and processes with strategic business priorities
  • Optimize sales processes, workflows, and tooling to improve productivity and adoption across global teams
  • Serve as a key operational leader for planning cycles, business reviews, and strategic initiatives
  • Translate data into actionable insights by analyzing trends, developing hypotheses, and recommending improvements
  • Lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Build strong relationships across global and regional teams to drive alignment and successful change management
  • Develop and implement operational best practices to improve business processes and scaling operational workflows

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a technology or software company
  • 3-5 years of people management experience, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to influence decisions and drive operational improvements
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience improving business processes, scaling operational workflows, and implementing operational best practices
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership teams
  • A systems mindset, with the ability to connect strategy, process, tooling, and execution
  • Experience with CRM, reporting, and business systems platforms commonly used in SaaS or enterprise software environments
