About the Role

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, plays a critical role in Quavo's marketing organization, responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive business growth and customer engagement. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives across various channels. As a key member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a connected marketing motion across the prospect and customer journey.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, including demand generation, account-based marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle marketing. You will be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, with the operational discipline to keep teams aligned and focused on delivering results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning of priority integrated marketing programs across campaigns, launches, events, customer communications, website updates, and sales activation moments
  • Translate marketing priorities into clear program briefs, launch plans, stakeholder inputs, asset needs, and follow-through motions
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to ensure campaign themes, product narratives, content, sales plays, and customer proof show up as one connected market story
  • Own website governance and roadmap coordination for Quavo.com, ensuring the site reflects current positioning, product priorities, customer proof, campaign needs, and buyer journey gaps
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, and external agency partners to prioritize updates that improve website effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the buyer and customer journeys, identifying opportunities to optimize marketing programs and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and revenue operations teams to ensure sales activation coordination and marketing funnel visibility
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing programs and improve ROI
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of marketing resources and maximizing return on investment

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools
  • Experience with GTM and Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive marketing and sales alignment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
  • Experience with website governance and management, with a focus on optimizing website effectiveness and improving customer engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
