About the Role

As a Sr. Manager of Partner Strategy and Operations at Chime, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive innovation and operational excellence across the company's global partner ecosystem. This role will focus on delivering stellar member interactions and improving the overall service experience. You will lead and develop a team of operations managers, driving key initiatives and analyzing performance trends to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, partnerships, and program management, with a proven track record of driving results and leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for owning the performance of external partners, including SLAs, quality, and operational efficiency, and driving accountability and continuous improvement across the BPO ecosystem.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence across the global partner ecosystem
  • Lead and develop a team of operations managers, driving key initiatives and analyzing performance trends
  • Own the performance of external partners, including SLAs, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the BPO ecosystem
  • Lead partner governance, performance reviews, and escalation management
  • Influence senior leaders across finance, procurement, operations, and strategy to deliver impact
  • Analyze performance trends and inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve member experience and ensure compliance

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, partnerships, or program management related to BPOs
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive insights and trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience with Excel and other analytical tools
  • Ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement across global partner ecosystems
