About the Role

The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations plays a critical role in leading the strategy and execution for Professional Services and Partnerships field organizations at 6sense Insights, Inc. This position sits at the center of the company's go-to-market engine, ensuring that these teams are optimized to drive revenue growth, deal velocity, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue operations and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

As a key player in the revenue operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize services attach rates, influence deal velocity and win rates, and scale partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. You will also work closely with Services and Partner leadership to build the systems, insights, and processes that enable scalable growth across deal support, partner co-sell motions, and ecosystem-driven revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary RevOps partner to Professional Services and Partnerships leadership
  • Define and operationalize strategies to maximize services attach rates and influence on deal velocity and win rates
  • Scale partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Support annual planning, capacity modeling, and coverage design for Services and Partnerships teams
  • Drive operating rhythms, including QBRs, forecasting cadences, and pipeline reviews
  • Establish forecasting frameworks for Services demand and Partner contribution
  • Build visibility into key metrics, including attach rate, time-to-start, and delivery impact on deal cycles
  • Develop standardized dashboards to drive accountability and transparency
  • Design and optimize workflows across Sales-Services integration and Partner lifecycle management
  • Ensure Services is embedded early in the sales cycle to increase win rates and reduce implementation friction
  • Remove friction to improve speed, predictability, and customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving sales efficiency
  • Strong understanding of GTM and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data analysis and insights, with the ability to tell a story with data
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field

  • Experience with PSA tools and PRM systems
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing automation platforms
