About the Role

Twilio is seeking a technical leader for a team of Solutions Engineers in our Twilio Communications business. You will report to the Solutions Engineering Director, APJ, and manage a team of Solutions Engineers, accountable for their development, performance, and operating model.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales leadership team to set our go-to-market strategy
  • Drive business-critical customer engagement use cases with Twilio products
  • Collaborate with product management, carrier relations, finance, and go-to-market sales and services teams

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in CPaaS or CCaaS
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of business operations and customer engagement strategies
