About the Role

Reddit is seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. Payroll Manager to fully manage and evolve payroll for its rapidly growing, global company. This role will report to the Director, Payroll & Equity Programs and will collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & World-Class Team Development: Effectively lead, mentor, and coach the payroll team to ensure their continuous development and operational excellence, building a world-class payroll function.
  • Global Payroll Oversight and Audit: Conduct comprehensive review and audit of global payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper funds reconciliation across all regions.
  • Manage global equity processing in all regions.
