## What You Will Do - Develop and execute paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - Conduct keyword research and analyze campaign performance to optimize ad targeting and bidding strategies - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges - Develop and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources - Stay up-to-date with the latest paid search trends, best practices, and platform updates - Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy and landing pages that drive conversions - Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize campaign performance - Develop and maintain reports to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns that drive revenue and conversions

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization - Strong understanding of paid search principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bidding strategies - Experience with paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including conversion rate optimization and user experience - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Excel - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
