You will be working closely with the Data & Analytics team to develop cutting-edge credit algorithms and models, as well as collaborating with other functions to analyze statistical efficiency and guide decision-making. Your expertise in Excel and Google Sheets will be essential in driving data-driven decision making and optimizing portfolio performance.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement credit strategies to achieve business goals
- Design and test consumer-oriented policies for current and new products
- Drive the design, testing, and implementation of risk client acquisition policies
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to develop cutting-edge credit algorithms and models
- Perform and own tasks related to credit strategy and portfolio growth
- Lead or collaborate on special projects in support of other teams related to risk and profitability
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure it is within set KPIs
- Build and maintain a portfolio management framework
- Guide junior team members on portfolio management and credit risk
- Work on developing and improvising the core credit framework
- Assist in developing and implementing data collection, data analytics, and other strategies to analyze statistical efficiency and guide decision-making
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as credit risk management or portfolio analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with data segmentation techniques, such as Python or SQL
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate on projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide junior team members
- Experience with credit risk management policies and procedures
- Knowledge of consumer-oriented policies and risk client acquisition policies
- Strong understanding of statistical efficiency and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
