About the Role

The Senior Principal Customer Success Manager will align with key stakeholders, building strong relationships to accelerate customers' digital journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster executive-level trusted advisor relationships with customers' IT, Engineering, and Support organizations.
  • Demonstrate hands-on PagerDuty product knowledge, applying it to customers' business priorities.
  • Guide customers on process, people, and change management best practices for real-time operations adoption.
  • Identify risks to customers achieving business goals and develop risk mitigation plans with the sales team.
