About the Role
The Sr. Product Manager, Card Product Strategy, will play a pivotal role in defining the direction of Tilt Finance's card business. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the company's card suite, with a primary focus on Tilt Essentials, the newest and most innovative card product. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, credit, marketing, and operations, to ensure the card products drive meaningful customer outcomes and profitable growth.The role requires a deep understanding of the credit card industry, as well as the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for owning the strategy behind the card suite, including defining target segments, value propositions, fee structures, rewards, and perks. This is a high-impact role that will have a significant influence on the company's growth and success.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the card suite, with a primary focus on Tilt Essentials
- Define target segments, value propositions, fee structures, rewards, and perks for the card products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, credit, marketing, and operations, to ensure card products drive meaningful customer outcomes and profitable growth
- Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights and inform product development decisions
- Partner with acquisition credit, growth marketing, and brand marketing to ensure card products fuel sustainable, profitable expansion
- Advocate for card customers and influence teams across the business to deliver better outcomes
- Balance trust and rigor in policy and product development, reflecting Tilt's belief in people while protecting the business
- Use data, insight, and intuition to connect customer behavior, product performance, and long-term strategy
- Champion Tilt Essentials and shape the roadmap and success metrics for the product
- Guide execution and work closely with Card pods to translate strategy into in-market changes that improve customer experience and card economics
